A contemporary filmmaker finds himself lost in Video City: Be Kind, Please Rewind in many ways. As he struggles to find inspiration, a cruel turn of events propels him into the lively 90s and into a busy Video City store. In the nostalgic setting of VHS tapes and legendary 90s pop culture, he meets an alluring woman who makes a life-changing promise. As they get closer, the two learn that love is as ageless as their favorite films. This love story, which was directed by Raynier Brizuela and starred Dennis Padilla, Ruru Madrid, and Yassi Pressman, reminds us of the timeless appeal of a bygone period as well as the enchantment of serendipity.
